How does the return and complaint process work?

• If you have a photo of the item you're claiming, please send it as well – it will help speed up the process.

• Our customer service team will actively handle your issue.

• If you wish to return an item, please send it back via standard or business parcel by post or courier.

• The courier will deliver the package to us.

• We will assess your claim.

• Everything is quick and easy!
