Jumping basics
Let’s jump with ease

Jump in a way that brings you joy! 😊 Seriously, no need to push yourself to crazy performance. Focus on consistency instead. Set a daily minimum you can realistically stick to even on your most exhausting and darkest days. This is really important – otherwise, guilt from "failing" may ruin the fun and make you dislike your jump rope. 🤢

Ten minutes may feel like too much. Even a single jump can feel like too much – for example, if you’re a mom on maternity leave and have zero time for yourself. For me, the minimum was packing my rope in my backpack everywhere I went. If there was an opportunity and desire to jump – I jumped. If not – no big deal. Another friend found a different, super easy minimum: hold the rope in your hands every day. And when you’re already holding it – you might jump. Or not. And that’s totally fine, because on the good days you’ll probably jump more and feel better overall. 🥰

As for technique and practical tips, here are a few short video tutorials 💪😊
